Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love our doggos, unfortunately we are on a wildlife reserve, so we aren’t allowed pets.
How do I book the courtesy bus?
Our free courtesy bus offers pick-ups from any address around Airlie, Cannonvale, Jubilee Pocket & Woodward. Book online or call our drivers on 0491 203 807. For trips back into town, please wait by the bus stop or call the number above for an ETA on the next bus.
As of Tuesday May 7th 2024, the courtesy bus will run from 3:30pm to close on Mon – Thu. Buses will run as usual (11:30am to close) on weekends (Fri – Sun), public holidays & school holidays. Our priority remains providing exceptional service and ensuring your visit to Northerlies is as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. See updated bus availability below:
Midweek Mon – Thu | from 3:30pm – close (dinner only)
Weekend Fri – Sun | from 11:30am – close (lunch & dinner)
What’s the difference between high top, standard & outdoor seating?
Standard – Inside the restaurant on standard dining chairs & tables
High Tops – Inside the restaurant on high top tables & stools
Outside – Mixture of table types in the Beach Hut & Beer Garden. Please write in the notes if you have an area preference.
When do you have live music?
We have live music every weekend. Friday from 5pm – 9pm and Saturdays & Sundays from 1pm – 4pm. This can change depending on the season and artist availability.
Do you have gluten free menu items?
We sure do! Check out our menus using the link here or ask our staff when ordering, which meals can be altered to become gluten free.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week, 11am – late. We serve lunch from 12pm – 2:30pm and dinner from 5pm – 8:30pm. Our Light Bites and Kids Menus are available all day, from 12pm – 8:30pm.
The outside Beach Kitchen is open for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, plus Sunday lunch.

What’s the parking like?
We have plenty of parking with over-flow parking bays for busy days. On special event days like Easter, Australia Day & NYE, we recommend using our free buses or local taxis if possible.
