We are looking for a kitchen all-rounder who can support the kitchen team in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, have excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Position will be full-time and involves night and weekend work.
Applicants must have:
- A passion for food preparation, presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- A qualification for cookery or at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same role
- Motivation and commitment to their role
- Effective communication skills with a growth mindset to continually learn and improve
- Be able to thrive in a high-volume and high-pressure environment.

Duty Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, reliable, punctual, have excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Position will be full-time and involves night and weekend work.
Application must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in management with the ability to take an active, hands-on role to motivate employees
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Current RSA and RMLV (or willing to complete RMLV course)
- Approved Managers Licence (or willingness to complete)
- Excellent staff management experience
- Great customer service skills
- Great with promotions and functions
- Strong knowledge of the Liquor Act
- Be able to thrive in a high-volume and high-pressure environment.
