    Seated inside the restaurant, 3-course menu with sides.

  2. The Beach Hut Banquet
    Seated outside under the Beach Hut or Teepee Tent, 2-course menu with sides

The Brasserie Banquet Menu
This menu will be served on platters to the tables. 

To Start

A selection of cooked king prawns, Morten Bay bugs, fresh oysters, fish mousse, gravlax salmon, sashimi, cured meats, artisan cheese, dried & poached fruits, toasted nuts, thyme demi-glace & cranberry sauce.

Main Course

Roast turkey breast, honey roast ham with sage herb stuffing, paprika roasted potato, thyme demi glaze & cranberry sauce/

Seared salmon fillets with a dill, lemon beurre blanc, slow cooked cherry tomato & fried kale.

Mediterranean chunky vegetable, olives, past with a rosemary infused tomato sauce, crisp basil leaf and toasted pumpkin seed (V).

Sides

Garden green salad with rocket, pea, green beans, spring onion, broccoli, cucumber, mint & yoghurt.

Potato salad with steamed chat potato, green lentils, red onion, dill tarragon, parsley & italian dressing.

Roast salad with roast beetroot, maple roast pumpkin, toasted hazelnut & sesame seed (V).

Dessert

Pavlova nest with mixed berry compote shaved chocolate

Lemon meringue tart with lemon curd & topped with soft meringue

Mud cake topped with creamy chocolate rosette & freeze-dried raspberry (V)

 

The Beach Hut Banquet Menu
This menu will be served on platters to the tables. 

Main Course 

Whiskey smoked brisket with toffee apple BBQ glaze.

Hot smoked salmon with orange, fennel, dill oil & baked lemon.

Butterflied honey lemon herbed chicken.

King prawns with smoked garlic aioli.

Caramelized onion with smoked german sausage.

An assortment of artisan breads & dips.
